Dr. David Kincaid graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1977. He grew up in Columbus, Nebraska and attended college in Columbus and St. Louis, MO.

After graduation, he practiced in Wayne for one year with Drs. Bill and Don Koeber. In 1978, he moved to South Sioux City, NE and started his current practice.

Dr. Janet Fett has her undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University at Mankato and worked as a microbiologist prior to receiving her Doctor of Optometry and Masters in Physiological Optics from The Ohio State University.

After graduation, she completed an ocular disease residency at the Omaha Eye Institute. In 1989, she joined Dr. Kincaid in South Sioux City. She grew up in the Sioux Falls area.

Dr. Sharon Tharp received her Doctor of Optometry in 1983 from Indiana University. She completed externships at the Veteran’s Administration hospitals in Cleveland, OH, and Vancouver, WA, as well as Wesley-Jessen Contact Lens Company in Chicago.

She practiced in Indiana, California, and Oklahoma prior to joining the practice here in 1993. She is currently on staff at Carl T. Curtis Health and Education Center in Macy, NE, and the Winnebago Hospital in Winnebago, NE.
